We have established a sound manufacturing unit for ourselves for the smooth execution of all the business related activities of our firm. This facility is segregated into varied subsections for the proper execution of all the infrastructure activities. For the maintenance and the proper execution of all the activities, we have hired a team of expert and qualified professionals. These professional regular upgrade all the machines and tools installed at our facility for maintaining the bulk production ability of our machines. Workshop Automation We pay an utmost priority towards offering a high performing and quality assured the range of the offered products. Being an environmental engineering organization, we procure all the raw materials and other allied material from the selected certified vendors of the market only. To ensure the quality of the products we examine all the raw material before using them in the manufacturing process. After being procured all the finished products are gaining rigorously examined on varied quality parameters set by the industry before dispatching them to the market.

Our Warehouse

Our manufacturing facility is located in Siraspur, Delhi, spread across approximately 400 meters, and is fully equipped with all the necessary machinery required for high-quality fabrication and production. At Ventilair Engineers Pvt. Ltd., we have a well-established setup including advanced welding sets, rolling machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, and press machines, along with an in-house paint facility for superior finishing and corrosion protection. This complete infrastructure enables us to manufacture robust and precision-engineered ETP and STP systems under one roof. Our strong in-house capabilities ensure excellent workmanship, strict quality control, and timely project execution, making us a trusted manufacturer of customized wastewater treatment plants across India.

We have a complete professional team including Accountant, Marketing Team, IT/Web Designer, Stock Incharge, Sales Team, and Design & Quotation Development Team, handling all technical, commercial, and coordination activities effectively.

The office also features a dedicated Director’s Cabin and a proper Reception Area for client interaction and management. Our staff ensures a warm welcome to every visitor with proper hospitality and support.
